Where possible, include:
- Your device model.
- Your operating system version.
- The Recovery Road app version.
- What happened and what you expected to happen.
- The steps that led to the problem.
- The locale or structure involved, if relevant.
- A screenshot, if it helps explain the issue.
Please do not send passwords, payment-card details or other sensitive information.
Problems with downloadable content
Tell us the name of the locale you were downloading or updating, and include any error message shown in the app.
